What is Park Market?
We design original, super cute bag charms inspired by the park icons we all know and love. Every charm is our own design: soft plush with embroidered details and gold hardware, never printed.
When will my order ship?
Order by 12pm Mountain time, Monday to Friday, and it ships the same day. Orders after that ship the next business day. US shipping is a flat $5.95, and free on orders $50 and up.
What if my order has a pre-order in it?
Everything in one order ships together. If your order includes a pre-order charm, any in-stock charms in that same order wait and ship with it on the pre-order's ship date. Want your in-stock charms sooner? Place them as a separate order.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the U.S., with free standard shipping on orders $50+. We also ship to Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Japan, with duties and taxes already included in the price you see. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Can I return or exchange a bag charm?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn bag charms. If your charm arrives damaged, reach out to us and we’ll make it right.
How do I care for my bag charm?
Park days happen. For little spots and spills, we recommend gently spot cleaning your charm and letting it air dry.
