Refund Policy
We want you to love what you clip on. If something isn't right, here's how it works.
The short version
- 14 days from delivery to request a full refund to your original payment method
- 30 days from delivery to request an exchange or store credit
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
- Items must come back unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached
Full refunds (within 14 days)
You have 14 days after your order is delivered to request a full refund. Email us at hello@parkmarket.co to start one. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Exchanges and store credit (within 30 days)
Between day 15 and day 30 after delivery, we can offer an exchange or store credit rather than a refund. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future drop.
Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order. Return the item you have, and once we receive it we'll issue store credit you can use to buy what you actually want. This is faster than a direct swap and means you aren't waiting on stock to line up.
How to start a return
Email hello@parkmarket.co with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll confirm and send return instructions.

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
The exception is anything that's our fault. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover return shipping and make it right at no cost to you. Just email us with a photo.
Condition requirements
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused and unworn
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at hello@parkmarket.co and we'll sort it out.
Non-returnable items
We can't accept returns on gift cards or on custom and personalized items.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you'll need proof of purchase.
Refund processing
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether it was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post it.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't seen it, email hello@parkmarket.co.
