Shipping policy

We make every charm to be carried, clipped, and shown off — so let's get yours to you. Here's how shipping works at Park Market.

Order processing Orders are processed within [1–3] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Drops Most orders from a live drop are [in stock and ship within our standard processing time above]. [If a drop is pre-order or made-to-order, say so here: "This drop is made to order and ships within [X] business days." Always state any longer timeline on the product page too.] Because drops are released in small batches, once an item sells out it won't be restocked.

Shipping rates & delivery (United States) We currently ship within the United States. Rates and estimated delivery:

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may run longer during drops, holidays, or carrier delays.

International shipping [Choose one:]

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • We ship to [countries/regions]. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes determined by your country — these are the customer's responsibility and are not included at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination.

Tracking your order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow [24–48 hours] for tracking to update after you get the notification.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with your household and neighbors first, then reach out within [X] days. Park Market isn't responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we'll do our best to help. If your item arrives damaged, email us within [X] days with photos and we'll make it right.

Wrong or incomplete address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require [reshipment costs / a refund minus shipping].
