Shipping Policy

Here's exactly how your Park Market order gets to you — no fine print you need a lawyer for.

Order processing
In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Drops
Most orders from a live drop ship within 1–2 business days.

Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship on a later timeline. The estimated ship window is listed on each product page — please treat those dates as guidelines, and we'll email you with updates along the way.

Shipping rates (United States)

• Orders under $50: flat $5.95
• Orders $50 and up: free

All orders ship via free standard ground shipping.

International
We don't ship internationally at this time.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your shipping label is printed.

Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, please allow up to 5 business days before we reship — packages marked "delivered" sometimes arrive a little late. If it still hasn't turned up, email us and we'll reship your order (a one-time courtesy).

Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order can't be delivered or is returned because the address was entered incorrectly or incompletely, you'll be responsible for re-purchasing the item or covering the cost of reshipping.
